The heart behind SisCo and a lifelong believer in beauty with purpose.
Kacie is the owner and heart behind SisCo. She specializes in customized color, dimensional looks, extensions, haircuts, and hair restoration, always protecting the health and integrity of the hair while creating something that truly fits the person wearing it.
As an O&M color specialist, Kacie loves creating customized color and dimensional looks that work with each guest’s hair, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Extensions, haircuts, and hair restoration are also an important part of her work.
The heart of SisCo
For Kacie, the salon has always been about more than an appointment. She created SisCo to feel like a living room: comfortable, honest, full of plants, and always ready to save you a seat.
What matters most
The relationships come first. Kacie treasures the guests who have grown alongside her, the conversations shared over coffee, and the family-like bonds that make a salon visit feel like coming home.

Jennifer Huber
Warm, welcoming, and endlessly creative behind the chair.
Jen has been behind the chair since 2004, but her love for hair started much earlier—styling her babies’ hair and giving her Barbie dolls plenty of makeovers. She loves creating customized, current cuts, colors, and styles that help every guest feel beautiful and confident.
During her senior year, Jen attended Genesee Skill Center for cosmetology and turned the creativity she had loved since childhood into a career. She has continued growing her craft behind the chair ever since.

Jen enjoys customized cuts, colors, and styles that feel fresh and current without losing the person underneath. She listens carefully and uses her experience to create something flattering, wearable, and personal.

Outside the salon
Jen is a proud mom to two boys. Family is a huge part of who she is, and that warmth carries naturally into the way she welcomes and cares for her guests.

Jailyn Norris
Big transformations, beautiful blends, and a calm chair to land in.
Jailyn began her cosmetology journey at Transitions School of Cosmetology in 2014 and has kept learning ever since. Her biggest passions are customized color and special-occasion hair, from everyday transformations to wedding and event styles that make a moment feel even more memorable.
Jailyn loves a transformation. She pairs continued education and technical skill with an eye for beautiful custom color, polished finishes, and the little details that make the finished look feel special.

Wedding and event hair hold a special place in Jailyn’s heart. She loves helping someone feel confident, beautiful, and fully themselves for the moments they will remember forever.

Jailyn loves traveling, spending time with family, and being an aunt. The people she loves are her world, and that same loyalty and care show up for the guests in her chair.

Katie brings two creative worlds together at SisCo. She runs Ember Cove Boutique while completing her nail apprenticeship, curating thoughtful finds for the shop and creating personalized gel nails with the same eye for detail.

Roo Norris
Soft eyes, a brave heart, and a special talent for knowing when someone could use a little extra comfort.
Jailyn’s rescued sidekick, Roo joins the salon a couple of days each week and takes her happiness-and-healing duties seriously. She is happiest tucked into a cozy spot nearby, quietly keeping everyone company, and may pop out for a gentle hello when the moment feels right.

Kacie’s cheerful shadow and the salon’s self-appointed welcome committee, Mowgli believes every arrival deserves to feel important. He greets regulars and new friends tail-first, then makes sure your visit has the proper amount of happy energy before getting back to his rounds.
